Once the legionella assessment is complete, the surveyor will send the information back to our office, where your report will be prepared and emailed to you in a PDF format.
The report will include a certificate of compliance for your records. We typically email the reports within 24 hours of the appointment date. Please note, our surveyor will contact you if they are running behind schedule during their daily visits for legionella testing. We always strive to arrive on time. The retest date will be specified on the certification provided, and we will send you a reminder one month before it is due to expire, giving you time to rebook if desired.
You have two payment options for this service: pay online via our website's eCommerce platform upfront or opt for an invoice after testing. Please keep in mind that the certification will not be released until payment is made unless you are an account customer or have made prior arrangements.
